____ MOTORSPORT VIDEO
Project overview •
We were contacted by a driver who wanted a video of his performance on the track with his BMW M3. He wanted a short, punchy video to showcase his prowess, but didn't have any specific ideas about the look or visual intentions. So we were given carte blanche for the visual creation, which allowed us to have some fun with artistic shots.
It was a very interesting challenge for our agency. Satisfying a customer with no defined project is no easy task! We created an artistic universe around the colour of his car, which was close to his heart. This video reflects our collaboration by incorporating the colour blue, a hue we share. Capturing the courses requires great technical skill to play with the sharpness zone and achieve great image quality. This project was an excellent exercise for La Caverne!
Process •
We used our creativity and spontaneity in the process! With total freedom to set the scene, we were able to capture a variety of images. The driver trusted us by giving us access to the secure areas around the track. We also did two laps inside the car, which gave us the opportunity to film with new sensations. Of course, this film respects the safety standards imposed by the circuit.
We were delighted to see that the video was very well received. Both the driver and the circuit were very satisfied. Trust and creativity were the key words for this project, which made for a very enjoyable experience!
