Project overview •
The coffee shop named «Chez Manon» is a warm place located in the heart of the Vieux Lyon district. It was therefore important to translate this tranquility through the video clip.
In its realization, the film was to show the unique setting in which the tea room is located: at the exit of a traboule, small secret passages typical of the city of Lyon. A converted basement allows you to cool off by taking your brunch. All these elements are highlighted through a short video clip with a gentle rhythm. The warm colors in the film are the image of the welcome that awaits you in this place!
Process •
The coffee shop named "Chez Manon" called upon la Caverne de l'image to obtain a branded film. This one was to highlight the warm side of the tea room while presenting some flagship products of the establishment. We presented a script and some documents for the preparation of a short clip of 1 minute maximum.
We went there one morning to shoot the film without interfering with the audience. A few lights were used to highlight some elements of the living room and create contrast in the image. The video was delivered to the customer a few days later and (to our great happiness) the V1 was immediately validated!
